RogerHARTDavid Kate and the family would like to thank all the friends and work colleagues who attended Roger's funeral and helped celebrate his life. Thank you also for the cards, telephone calls and support that we have received. A special thank you to the brilliant paramedics and First Responder who attended Roger at home and to Cliff, Emma, the Consultants and all the staff in the Critical Care Unit of Hinchingbrooke Hospital for their care of Roger and the whole family. Their support was really appreciated. We would also like to thank Martin and the staff at Dennis Easton for their kindness and care and sense of humour regarding some of our wishes. Many thanks.
